1. Returns and complaints:

§ 1

a). If the Customer is a Consumer, he has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with the Seller, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the Customer came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer came into possession of the item. If the subject of the contract is many items that are delivered separately, this period expires after 14 days from the date on which the Customer came into possession of the last item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer came into possession of the last item.

b). To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should inform the Seller about his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, submitted in writing sent by post or e-mail to the Seller's address).

c). In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the customer to send information regarding the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal expires.

d). The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if the subject of the contract are items delivered in a sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.

e). The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs.

f). In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller returns to the Customer all payments received from him, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Seller) immediately, and in any other case no later than 14 days from receipt of the Customer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, the Customer will not incur additional fees in connection with this return.

g). The Seller may withhold the refund until the item is received or until proof of its return is provided, depending on which event occurs first.

h). The Customer should return or hand over the item to the Seller immediately, and in any other case no later than 14 days from the date on which he informed about withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the Customer returns the item before the 14-day deadline expires.

j). Please do not send items to parcel lockers or to an address other than the one indicated above (unless agreed).

k). The customer bears the direct costs of returning the items.

l). The customer is only responsible for any reduction in value resulting from using it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

§ 2

and). The Seller informs that he is obliged to deliver goods free from defects (unless such goods are the subject of sale).

b). Complaints may be submitted in writing to the Seller's address provided at the very beginning of the Regulations, by e-mail to: frankijuice@gmail.com or by phone at +48 504428831, or in another way.

c). The complaint must include the Customer's data, order number (or other data allowing its identification) and a description of the event giving rise to the complaint.

d). Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt by the Seller.

2. Duration of the contract for opening an Account:

§ 3

The agreement with the Customer to create an Account in the Store is concluded for an indefinite period.

§ 4

and). The Customer may terminate the agreement to open an Account in the Store at any time by sending a notice by letter, telephone or e-mail. Upon receipt of notice of termination, the contract is deemed terminated.

b). The Seller may terminate the agreement to open an Account in the Store only in the following situations:

- the Seller terminates the operation of the Store,

- the Customer provides illegal information in the registration form or when purchasing goods (in such a case, the agreement to set up an Account in the Store will be terminated upon the expiry of the one-week notice period).

3. Changes to the regulations:

§ 5

and). The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the Regulations on the terms set out in this paragraph and only in the event of one of the following reasons:

- introduction of new services related to the Store by the Seller,

- changes in delivery or payment methods,

- modification of the shopping path,

- changes in legal provisions that make it necessary to adapt the provisions of the Regulations to them, in particular changes in the provisions on: consumer protection, provision of services by electronic means, protection of personal data, in the event of this reason, the Regulations may be amended to the extent necessary to adapt their content to new legal requirements.

b). If one of the above reasons occurs, the Seller will inform Customers electronically about the planned change to the Regulations along with a link to the new Regulations.

c). A Customer who does not accept the planned changes may terminate the agreement to open an Account on the terms set out in § 20 of the Regulations. If the Customer does not terminate the agreement to create an Account, it becomes binding on the Customer.

d). Changes to the Regulations do not apply to sales contracts concluded before the new version of the Regulations enters into force.

4. Final provisions:

§ 6

When using the Store and in correspondence with the Seller, it is prohibited to provide illegal content.

§ 7

We would like to inform you that at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ there is a platform for an online dispute resolution system regarding distance contracts concluded between consumers and entrepreneurs. The platform is an access point for consumers and entrepreneurs who would like to use out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes regarding online transactions.

§ 8

Dispute resolution options not listed in the Regulations are regulated by relevant legal codes.
 
4. Warranty and service, warranty

§ 9

Some of the products sold in our store have a manufacturer's warranty. If you detect a defect in the equipment covered by the warranty, contact the nearest service point indicated in the warranty card or on the manufacturers' websites. This is a very quick complaint process, which allows the equipment to be repaired in the shortest possible time. Our store offers a 3-month warranty period for electronics. After this date, please contact us as provided above.

The Parties exclude provisions regarding warranty for defects.

Note: please keep the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice if provided) and the original packaging until the end of the 3-month warranty period - they constitute the basis for filing complaints.

5. If you want to return the product:

    Send back the purchased product in undamaged condition and in its original packaging with all its contents.
    Attach a written statement to the shipment stating your willingness to return the product, as well as the account number to which the refund will be transferred.
    Within 3 business days of receiving your shipment, we will check the condition of the delivered product (whether it shows no signs of use, whether it has been damaged or destroyed, whether it is in the original packaging with all its contents).
    If we note no contraindications, we will send information to your email address that the return of the product has been approved. The refund will be made to the attached account number within 7 days. In case of payment by payment card, the refund will be made to the card.

If your product return is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), we will send you information about the rejection of the product return to the e-mail address provided. We will send the product back to the indicated return address within 7 business days, covering the shipping costs.
