We ensure our clients full respect for their privacy and protection of their personal data.
We process personal data provided to us by customers in a manner consistent with the scope of permission granted by customers and legal requirements, in particular in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended). d.). We store customers' personal data on servers that ensure their full security. Only authorized Store employees have access to the database.
Each customer who has provided us with his or her personal data has full access to his or her data in order to verify, modify or request its deletion.
The Store does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of Customers to third parties, unless it is done with the express consent or at the request of the Customer or at the request of state authorities authorized under the law in connection with ongoing proceedings.
Our Store also uses the so-called cookies (cookies). These files are saved on the Customer's computer by our server and provide statistical data on the Customer's activity in order to tailor our offer to his or her individual needs and tastes. The customer may at any time disable the option of accepting cookies in his web browser, although he must be aware that in some cases disabling these files may result in difficulties in using the offer of our Store. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if we provide links on our Store's website to other websites not administered by us, we cannot be responsible for the content of these websites or for the level of privacy protection implemented by the administrators of these websites. We also encourage you to read the privacy policies of these websites before the Customer provides them with their personal data.
We send advertising and promotional materials to customers only if they have consented to it. This applies in particular to the newsletter sent to the Customer if he/she confirms the link clearly indicated by us containing acceptance to receive the newsletter about current promotions, discounts and new products in our Store. These materials concern only the offer of our Store.

1. Preliminary provisions:
§ 1
The term Buyer used in the document may mean, depending on the context, a customer or an Internet user visiting the Store.

Based on Article. 20 section 1 of 18/07/2002 on the provision of services by electronic means and pursuant to Art. 173 of the Act of 16/07/2004 - telecommunications law - the seller introduces this privacy policy, hereinafter referred to as the Policy

b). Providing personal data in the form is voluntary, but necessary for the Seller to provide services to the buyer through the Store.

All data entered by the Buyer into the registration form/order form or provided in correspondence with the Seller are processed in accordance with the requirements set out by Polish law, primarily in accordance with the Act of 29/08/1997 on the protection of personal data and the Act dated 18/07/2002 on the provision of services by electronic means. From 25/05/2018, personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as GDPR.

b). The Seller may entrust the processing of the Buyers' collected personal data to other entities on the basis of an entrustment agreement.
c). Personal data will be transferred by the Seller to the following categories of data recipients:
- couriers and post office to deliver purchased goods (Poczta Polska, inPost, Fedex),
- payment operators (PayU, in the case of traditional transfer - bank),
- entities hosting personal data for the administrator,
- personal data will be transferred to Google LLC, which is the operator of the Google Analityics analytical tool that monitors activity in the store.

and). The buyer has the right to access his or her personal data and may verify or correct it, as well as delete it, by submitting an appropriate request to the seller.
b). Pursuant to the GDPR, the user also has the right to limit the processing and the right to transfer personal data; if personal data are processed contrary to legal requirements, the user will have the opportunity to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
c). Pursuant to the GDPR, the user also has the right to object to the processing of personal data.

and). The Seller processes Buyers' personal data and uses them only to the extent necessary to provide services through the Store, including the recognition of complaints.
b). The legitimate interest of the administrator is marketing of its own services. Based on additional and optional consent that the Buyer may express, the Seller has the right to send marketing information to the provided e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. If the Buyer has given such consent, he may revoke it at any time. If such consent is given, the legal basis will also be Art. 10 of the Act of 18/07/2002 on the provision of services by electronic means and Art. 172 of the Act of 16/07/2004 - telecommunications law.
c). Despite the Seller having the right to use direct marketing opportunities, the www.frankijuice.pl store did not intend and does not intend to use such solutions, as it uses the processed personal data only for the proper performance of services.
§ 7
Personal data collected by the seller may be transferred to state authorities authorized under applicable legal regulations.
§ 8
The Seller applies technical measures required by current provisions on the protection of personal data to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.

The User cannot use the services via the Store anonymously or under a pseudonym.
§ 10
The storage period of personal data after the consent to further processing expires will be 5 years, which is the period corresponding to the limitation period for claims that the administrator may incur.

and). The Store uses cookies (so-called "cookies"), i.e. small text information stored on the Buyer's device, which can then be read by the Seller.
b). Cookies are used to maintain the Buyer's session, thanks to which the Buyer does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Store, as well as to remember the contents of the basket.
§ 2
The Seller indicates that cookies may be deleted by the Buyer after they are saved by the Seller, through appropriate functions of the web browser, programs used for this purpose or by using appropriate tools within the operating system used by the Buyer.

The Seller informs Buyers that changing the configuration of the web browser that prevents or limits the storage of cookies on the Buyer's device may result in limitations in the functionality of the services provided. Deleting cookies during the provision of the service may lead to similar effects. This may result in the inability to log in to the Store or interrupt the session after logging in.
§ 4
Cookies placed on the Buyer's device may also be used by the Google Analityics analytical program to study traffic and preferences in the Store.
