Pajarito is the most recognizable Paraguayan yerba mate brand in our country. It comes from the Lauro Raatza plantation, which has a long, family tradition of growing and processing this herb.

Pajarito Seleccion Especial are specially selected leaves, aged for about 2 years. Drought consists mainly of finely cut leaves and twigs and a lot of dust. Thanks to the extended aging process, the taste is milder than in the classic version of Pajarito. Due to the fact that the taste of the infusion changes with subsequent pouring, this yerba is perfect for repeated brewing.
