Gudobele is one of the largest bakeries in Lithuania. Bon Chance are bread chips made of wheat and rye bread, which are baked in a special form. They are then thinly sliced, fried in vegetable oil and seasoned with various spices. Cream-chives are always a good combination - that's how this flavored snack was created.
