El Pajaro Muy Rico is a composition of classic con palo mate (leaves and twigs) with the addition of rose petals, Damian herb and dried apple. It is characterized by an exceptionally large amount of additives compared to the dried Paraguay Holly itself. The name muy rico literally translated from Spanish means "very rich", which translates into the rich content of rose petals. Loosely translated, muy rico is a term for something very good, tasty, which also covers the unique, sweet-floral taste of this yerba.
