Yerba mate Kalena Elaborada con Palo is a naturally seasoned product from the San Demetrio plant in Argentina operating since 1977. Yerba is produced by a small family company in the traditional old Barbacua method, which uses wood and long drying, during which the yerba acquires additional flavor characteristics without causing overacidity. The production and the Kalena brand, founded by the Procopio family from Ukraine, is a perfect example of a craft product. In Poland, sought after not only from the category of yerba mate, products obtained in small family businesses while maintaining tradition and unique production methods. In the red biodegradable packaging we will find the refined taste of craft yerba mate, which, although without an organic certificate, is produced in an environmentally sustainable manner with ecological production free of agrochemicals and artificial additives.
